Email founders@bentostudio.net from the address linked to your Bento account. Include the Bento version, macOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, or private project media.

Report a crash
Choose Help → Send Feedback… in Bento. If Bento cannot open, attach the most recent file from ~/Library/Logs/Bento/crash.log. Review the report before sending and remove project names or paths you do not want to share.
Optional anonymous crash reporting can be changed in Settings → Privacy. Bento does not intentionally attach media or project content to diagnostics.

Installation and updates
Download Bento only from bentostudio.net/download. The installer is Developer ID signed, Apple-notarized, and requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later.
If an update fails, quit Bento, reopen it, and choose Bento → Check for Updates…. Do not replace a working installation with an installer from an unofficial mirror.

Billing, accounts, and privacy
Manage invoices, payment details, and cancellation from Bento’s Billing screen or the Waffo Pancake customer portal linked from your receipt. A successful browser return does not change a plan until Bento receives a verified payment event.
For account export, deletion, access, or privacy requests, use Bento’s Account screen where available or email support. See the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy.
